Old Home Certified (OHC) is a regional Realtor® designation developed by Rethos. This two-day,

11 credit course is team-taught and covers a range of topics, from architectural style eras and old home

building science, to local vs. national historic designations. Attendees get a 360-degree understanding of our local built environment.
