WORK WITH US

While the Rethos team is a small group of individuals, we come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. We come from rural communities and big cities, from blue-collar and white-collar families all over the country. We run marathons and live with disabilities. Our varied experiences as individuals have informed our unique perceptions of, and our commitment to, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What we all share is a love of places, communities, and history; not one-dimensional history, but history from many perspectives. We have worked to build an organization that tells the stories and supports the preservation of places and people that have not been widely told.

For all of us at Rethos, telling these stories brings with it a strong commitment to equity, not only in Minnesota, but also in other states where our work is expanding. We continue to work toward building a more diverse team with ties to a wider array of communities. We hope that you share our love and respect for the past, even when it is uncomfortable, and will join us in the work of telling these important stories to an ever-growing audience.

Rethos is building our team! In the coming years, Rethos will be growing and looking to hire and promote a high-functioning, diverse team to work in an environment of inclusion, equity, collaboration, and innovation.
